Job Description : - Sourcing new clients and review of ongoing financing needs of existing clients. - Due Diligence and closure on indicative term sheets. - Provide advisory services on project financing, structured credit and closure on facility documentation. - Interacting with the clients on a regular basis to identify the short, mid &amp; long term requirement of funds as well as follow up for utilization of funds by the clients. - Conducting Project Appraisal involving Promoter analysis, Industry Analysis, Market Analysis, Technical analysis and Financial Analysis. - Highlighting credit risks involved and carving out the appropriate mitigations in the investment proposal. - Strong monitoring of the companies under stress and ensuring revival/ recovery by formulating amicable strategies. - Cross sell other products viz. CMS, FDs, trade, tax payments, dividend mandates, treasury products, salary accounts, etc. in order to enhance the overall account profitability. - Attending consortium meetings and co-ordinating with co-lenders for better monitoring of assets. - Presenting cases to the sanctioning committees.
