Position - Senior Manager/Chief Manager

Location - Mumbai

Reporting to - Head - Bancassurance, Third Party Distribution, Group and International Business

Span of Control - Individual Contributor

Specific Responsibilities -

- Project Management - Design conceptualization, revenue enhancement, cost reduction, productivity enhancement, quality improvement

- Creation of operating plans

- Cross functional alignments - interacting with different business

- PMO through program office

- Managing multiple projects independent

- Implementation of ideas through pilot mode

- Scaling up of projects on a larger scale

Key Performance Indicators

- Meeting MOS of the Projects

- Quality of the designs

- New ideas Experience

- Experience in strategic/consulting roles

- Retail banking and Life insurance experience will be preferred

Years of Experience - 8-10 years of relevant work experience in Bancassurance and Life Insurance
