Senior Manager/Chief Manager/Location Head - Trade - BFS (6-10 yrs)

- Managing the Team of 12 Trade Relationship Managers across Hyderabad branches.
- Responsible for making each TRMs achieving their annual budgets and making all TRM productive.
- Responsible for achieving assigned targets of TFX potential accounts, Trade activation, TFX income, TFX Assets through team.
- Work closely with Branch Banking teams for new customer addition, and also drive new acquisition from Customer referrals
- Grooming the team by taking regular trainings, feedback sessions, motivational sessions, and developing their selling skills.
- Making regular clients meetings with TRMs, Guiding the team regularly on business segments, potential business areas for souring Trade & Forex Potential accounts.
- Ensuring 100% manpower by doing regular recruitments & controlling RM attritions.
- Regularly Maintaining and providing the weekly/monthly reports and trackers to leaders
- Ensured adherence and compliance to regulatory requirements while processing transactions both in terms of documentation
