Role:
- The business entity in which this role exists is in to Insurance.
- The role is responsible for creating the employee capability and talent management roadmap for the organization.
- Build & Execute the leadership development strategy by partnering both HRBPs & Business
- Assess the capability and competence to identify strength and gaps to develop an integrated leadership development curriculum.
- Focusing on leadership and behavioral aspects by creating a segmented approach by band, channel and potential.
- Partner with CHRO to create the integrated talent management framework for the organization.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience 10 to 15 years
- Mandatory: Experience in a Talent Management or L&D centre of excellence role
- HR Business Partner's doing talent management or L&D for their business or SBU will not be a right fit for the role.
- Strong Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills
