(2) Continuously monitor and evaluate the information security practices;
(3) Perform information security audits and risk assessments;
(4) Making the organization compliant with information security regulations;
(6) Develop and implement business continuity plans;
(7) Protect the intellectual property of the organization;
(8) Information security risks and strategy training and awareness of the company's employees;
(9) Manage information security budgets; and
(10) Report to the board of directors and being an active member in the top management team
