Corporate Role - Managing 4 Plants IR & ER - Based @ Mumbai H.O
- To act on issues relating to disciplinary actions in plants and offices across the organization
- To work out productivity based wage agreements in plants and ensure implementation
- To develop, propose and review HR policies and practices and suggest improvements on an ongoing basis
- To attend to disputes and disagreements between employees individually or collectively represented by unions and redress them
- To guide works H R Managers in maintaining productive and congenial environment in plants
- To oversee pay roll function and ensure that salary payments as well as benefits/ facilities are properly administered
- To oversee contract labour engagement in plants and offices
- To ensure that all labour laws are complied with in matters of employment either regular or contractual
- To ensure that licenses for plants and offices under labour legislations are obtained/ renewed in time
- To maintain close contact with company's solicitors and advocates on labour issues and ensure that negative consequences are avoided
- To ensure the smooth formulation & implementation of long term settlements
- To maintain industrial harmony
- To implement proper grievance redressal system for plants .
Candidate Requirement :-
- MLS / MBA with LLB Preferred
- Should have handled multi plants & multi unions
- Should have done minimum 2/3 LTS
- Able to handle contractors and statutory compliances
- Well-versed with Labour Law .
