Managing PAN India hiring

-Manpower forecasting and budgeting across geographies and channels.

 - Planning and managing recruitment budgets.

- Work with function heads on putting together the TA strategy for respective functions.

- Cost effective recruitment channel utilisation, vendor empanelments, portals usage and Social Media hiring

- Working actively on Technology transformation within HR function.

- Conceptualising and implementing robotics within TA function.

- Work with rewards team to put together the right salary ranges.
