Senior Manager/Chief Manager - Fund Accounting - Capital Markets (10-15 yrs)
- Operational knowledge in a Fund Accounting world.
- Operational knowledge of AIF or PMS; Leverage calculation for AIFs
- Calculation of NAV using Series / Equalisation method or any other
- Order Generation for Portfolio Managers / AIF.
- Trade processing and Settlement of Stock.
- Recording of Corporate Actions and Settlement of CA benefits.
- Knowledge of accrual and posting accounting entries for each transaction for Securities and Cash.
- Reconciliation of Securities and Cash positions for each investor account.
- Sending Client Reports.
- Submission on Regulatory Reports.
- Fees Calculations for Portfolio Managers / AIF.
- Handling Client queries.
- Handling Audit related activities.
- Servicing to securities of different class- Equity, Derivatives, Debt, Structured Products, Gsec, Mutual Funds etc.
Requirements:
- Experience - Minimum 10 years in fund accounting, preferably from capital markets catering to domestic clients.
- Education Qualification - CA/ B.Com.
- Good knowledge of PMS and AIF regulations and thorough product knowledge.
- Ability to identify client needs, resolve all queries timely & efficiently and work with strict deadlines.
- Good communication, Interpersonal & presentation skills is a must.
