Key responsibilities: - Review of financial statements, balance sheets and P&amp;L - Reconciliation of bank statements - Handling of Pre Investment Financial due diligence - Audit &amp; Financial Control of investee Companies - Review of monthly, quarterly MIS Statements - Preparing Budgets and Financial planning - Review &amp; vetting of Accounts and indirect tax statements - Monitoring of escrow accounts of investee companies and their compliance. - Monitor investments and preparation of reports with your findings.
