Engagement &amp; Analytics : Designation : Sr. Manager/Chief Manager Business &amp; Location : FCB &amp; SCB - Dahej Reporting to : AVP - HR&amp; Admin Purpose : - Enable systems for aligning the employees with the business, motivate through recognition &amp; engagement events and retain talent. - Drive productivity improvement initiatives. - Gather, study and analyze various data points for generating meaningful trends and insights on people issues, and drive the actionables emanating out of it. - Foresee and develop a proactive engagement plan to build a highly engaging and cohesive work environment Principal Accountabilities &amp; Responsibilities : Talent Retention : - Designing and implementing systems/ initiatives for retaining talent pool at site - Containing and working on attrition triggers - Good network to forecast the internal and external concerns Employee Engagement : - Launching new initiatives for employee engagement - Identifying and generating action plan for low scoring dimensions - Defining / designing and implementing tools and processes to get the pulse of engagement level People oriented culture : - Developing formal and informal communication channels across levels to capture feeling and sentiments of people - Capturing peoples voice for identification of engagement impediments - Communication work Groups Productivity Improvement : - Identifying potential areas for improving productivity and partnering in improvement initiatives - Lead and drive automation/mechanization in various HR &amp; Admin processes HR analytics : - Applying analytics to take strategic solutions for better deliverables and contribution Budget control : - Track and control of S&amp;W actuals as per agreed budget - Business &amp; plant wise manpower numbers tracking - Review using dashboard information IT enablement : - Explore potential areas to develop and implement IT enablement services for better delivery Position Specification : Educational Qualification : MBA/PGDM - HR (Regular or Full time program) Nature of experience : HR Generalist Role with strong exposure in Emp.
