Position Grade: Senior Manager/Chief Manager - Digital Adoption
Job Role:
- Business Manager for Adoption of all Digital Channels (Mobile, Net, Whatsapp Banking)
- Responsible to increase the adoption of digital channel
- Need to strategize for the same and build an analytics-based structured framework to understand the barriers to adoption and identify levers to overcome the barriers
- Work with every sale, relationship management channels, and central teams and align and ensure an increase in digital adoption parameters
- Liaise with senior management and various teams (like the product, marketing, BIU MIS, process, Training, Contact Center) to promote the digital channel
- Come up with innovative ways and simple processes to improve adoption
- Work on getting detailed customer insights; working with internal and external teams for that
- Work with BIU team for detailed data analytics and published reports
Job Requirements:
- Post Graduate Degree with 4-6 years of relevant work experience
- Preferably worked in a central team driving sale or customer engagement
- Good analytical skills and data-backed decision-making skills
- Should be a result oriented, and able to work under strict deadlines
- Ability to multi task and good time management skills
- Track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results
- Persistency and ability to connect with different stakeholders
Working relationships (internal/external):
- Business Team across Consumer Bank - working with various teams to imbibe the digital adoption in the sales life cycle viz. sourcing, Onboarding, servicing and cross-sell
- Marketing team - working on customer communication, promotion and alliance strategy
- BIU/Campaign/MIS - getting deep customer insights, segmentation, campaign and business reporting
- Product teams - building superlative product proposition, removing barriers for adoption and increasing engagement
