Senior Manager/Chief Manager - Credit - Project Finance - Infrastructure Sector (5-13 yrs)
Looking for Credit-Project Finance for a leading Infrastructure company.
1) Responsible for preparing credit Approvals Memos.
2) Responsible for preparing balance sheet and proposals.
3) This role would be responsible for handling the - Proposal Sanction Management Process- for all lines of businesses (CME - Large Corporate & Strategic, Rural, Prequik, Infrastructure.) for the South Zone by conducting all the necessary activities to identify, assess and control Credit Risk.
4) A candidates must from Banks and NBFC Company.
5) A candidates will be responsible for large portfolio and large corporate.
6) Preparation of credit proposal and financial model of corporate clients; Closely working with credit team to ensure quality lending decisions
7) Financial Analysis and Project Appraisal for Debt Structuring
8) Preparing Credit Note, Term Sheet and Executing Loan documentation .
9) Due diligence, preparation of financial model, term sheet negotiation, structuring
