Senior Manager/Chief Manager - Corporate Finance - Equity & Debt

- Support in seamless execution of Funding and Strategic Transactions for the Group

- Raising equity and debt funds for the group companies

- Interacting with relevant stakeholders - Investors (PE Funds, Banks, FPIs, MFs, etc.); Intermediaries (Investment Banks, Counsels, Rating agencies, Accounting firms etc.);

- Preparation of Financial Models, Information Memorandum and Presentations

- Coordination with Group Businesses and developing Internal relationships

- Understanding of regulatory, legal and financial aspects and up-to-date with trends

- Ability to grasp various businesses / sectoral perspectives and knowledge of macro and micro-economic concepts

- Must have good analytical, numerical and intuitive skills

- Proficiency in excel, word and power point presentations
