Senior Manager/Chief Manager - Client Servicing - Corporate Banking (3-7 yrs)
- Handling pre and post disbursement customer servicing.
- Handling various customer servicing channels.
- Ensuring accurate and timely deliverables
- Business process intelligence and reengineering and driving process improvement on continuous basis
- Minimize process variance, non-value added activities, standardize processes, reduce cycle times
- Minimize defects, complaints and disputes.
- Tracking of key operational performance indicator
- Coordinating and completion of transaction related audit
- Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders
- 3-5 year experience in Customer service, Quality and process improvement.
- Ability to multi task and independently execute projects
- Ability to analyze Business problems, identify opportunities of improvement and solve them
- Core operations experience NBFC/banking operations or corporate lending
- Six Sigma Black Belt will be preferred.
- Understanding of real estate and capital market operations will be an added advantage.
