Position Title: Manager/Sr. manager IDA  Team Size: 2-4   Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan  Salary: Best in the industry.  The Sr. Manager- IDA Sales position is essentially tasked with understanding the rugs industry and building relationship with the interior designers and architects. The person also plays a primary role in leading and driving the sales via IDAs while building strong relationships. The person also puts together an exceptional relationship with cross-functional teams. The person should also have a strong understanding of the platforms, channels, and strategies that will enable the sales department to reach the IDA network.   Objectives and Responsibilities of the Manager/Sr. Manager- IDA  - Strategy: This role plays a major strategic role. The person develops and manages the business's sales strategy as well as explores new sales elements in order to maximize the revenue. The person is responsible for the creation and placement of initiatives such as promoting sales, handling and managing retail sales, managing relations with Interior Designers and Architectures (IDA) and promoting products on E-platforms for IDAs.   - The person additionally plays the role of ensuring that all sales programs/initiatives are aligned with the overall business objectives and that they are optimized and relevant to multiple customers.  - Collaboration: This role is expected to be highly collaborative and aims to partners with senior sales management in the drawing of the departments- budget and its subsequent allocation within the department. He /She also assists the Director of Sales in managing and integrating the public relations process into all program activities for the purpose of achieving ROI and maximum revenue.  - Innovative Methodologies: This role is also responsible for inculcating new ways to reach out to the IDAs and to build fruitful relationship for a longer term. Managing relationship via e-tools with IDAs is also required.  - Leadership/Management/Supervisory Role: In this position, the person is responsible for the overall management of sales managers, field executives and senior sales manager. This role in the leadership capacity is also tasked with the creation of a departmental vision that the person instills in all levels of the department, which form part of the business culture. All these are very important to boost up sales across all the levels.  - Other Duties: This role also performs other duties deems necessary for the smooth execution of his duties or duties as assigned by management.  Required Qualifications:-  Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in any discipline. Candidates having qualification in the fashion/marketing/sales domain will be preferred.   Experience:   - A candidate for this position has to have at least 6 -10 years of working experience in premium sales products with designers and Architects and other premium channels of sales, need to have an aggressive approach to scale up the sales and reach of products. Ability to motivate team to achieve desired objectives of the organization.  Communication Skills:   - This role is a highly interactive position and demands exceptional communication skills both in verbal and written form.   Analytical/Technical Skills:   - This role is a highly commercial sales role and it is necessary that he demonstrates an ability to formulate and present actionable insight from analysis of research data. A candidate for the position must, therefore, portray exceptional analytical skills.  - The person must be able to develop consumer and market information and insights through analysis of raw information and data leading to informed decision making and ultimately, increased sales volume, enhanced consumer acquisition and retention, and profit-per-unit.   Interpersonal Skills:  - The candidate should be an enthusiastic worker, consumer-oriented, have a passion for delivering sales target and simultaneously generating the business income, have excellent problem solving skills, and possess an ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize and meet deadlines.   - The person should also be self-motivated and proactive, he/she should have an insatiable thirst for knowledge always keeping up with market trends. The person should show exceptional inter-personal skills via dealing with stakeholders
