Senior Manager Change Management / Transformation Management (Remote Working)

We are recruiting Senior Manager Change Management for leading Technology Company

Job Synopsis as below

- You will be responsible for successful development, deployment and adoption of the technology ecosystem that underpins the transformation of these digitised end-to end processes.

- Operate intersection between Leadership, Product Leads and our Recruiters; helping shape the transformation story and experience through the development and delivery of a communications, training content, and a Global Change Network

- Work closely with global and local Leadership to develop a change strategy that supports, enables and champions the HR Future Enterprise vision for Recruiting

- Partner with Leadership to understand key strategic outcomes and measurements of success.

- Oversee Change Network Communications and activities including readiness planning, forums, milestone management, and measuring success.

- This is a remote role. Job location is flexible.
