 Shift timing -11:30 AM/ 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM/ 10:00 PM

Sourcing - Pan India

Notice Period- 30 to 90 Days

- Qualifications- No any specific pedigree required.

- Looking for candidate who have change management/ project management strong experience of middle office.

- Candidate should have experience in requirement management & business analysis

- Strong domain knowledge of middle office & back office.

- Should have knowledge of clearing as a function.

- Experience of stake holder management.

- Check what kind of projects he has done, what type of techno functional project he has done, from which type of domain function he is coming.

- Investment banking knowledge must.

- Candidate should have experience in global market products.

- Global Market Product are derivative, fixed income, bonds, security, equity etc. (Any product experience will work).

- Looking for somebody who is having very strong in stakeholders management.

- Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills because source will intact with stake holder management (internal & external) across regions / functions / lines of business.

- Check with candidates that is they done end to end projects, UAT, understand SQL, VBA. (Preferable skill not mandate)

- Should be stable

- NO IT PROJECT EXPERIENCE.
