Senior Manager - Change Management - Investment Banking

Looking for candidates interested experienced in Change Management within Investment Banking.

Experience: 10-14 Years

Work Location : Gurgaon

Requirements :

- Project management, Change Management with in Global markets.

- Should have worked on Investment Banking projects End to End

- Good understanding of financial products, Middle Office / Back Office processes and Team handling Experience

- Acumen to decipher Regulatory, Legal and Compliance documents and prepare BRD, FRD and other business & techno-functional documents

- Experience with SQL / Excel VBA, MS access and Share point, and handling MIS, will be an added advantage.

- 10+ years of performing business analysis/definition and Project Management to support large projects and business change.

- Ability to understand and drive Front-to-Back Work flow and articulate and understand trade life-cycle, OTC Derivatives in Global Markets.

- Stake holder management (internal & external) across regions / functions / lines of business.
