Senior Manager - Capital Markets - Real Estate (Revenue Generator)
Performance Objectives :
To achieve Revenue & Financial Productivity Targets
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Achieving Individual and Revenue Targets through Advising across Financing, Land Disposition, Building Disposition
- Attending around 5 Meetings a Week
- Working with the Execution Team as per team process for placement of Deals
- Sourcing and closing 4 executable client mandates per year, securing and collecting fees
- Coordinating with other Senior Bankers
- End to end support to Senior Director
KEY SKILLS :
1. Revenue Generation
2. Real Estate Financing, Land Sale, Building Sale Transactions
3. Business Development - Corporate / B2B
Additional Information:
To apply the candidate MUST HAVE:
1. Indiviually sourced and closed real estate transactions across financing or/and land sales or/ and building sales
2. Indepth Real Estate Knowledge of MMR Markets and Regulations
3. Experience in Real Estate financing will be critical
4. Developer and Landlord relationships in MMR/ Pune
5. Educational : MBA (finance), CA will be preferred
