Position : Technology Campus Recruitment

Grade : Manager / Sr. Manager

Report to: Head TA - India and APAC

Industry : IT / ITES

Location : Noida

Experience: Total experience of 11+ years in HR with relevant experience of 4 to 5 years in IT service industry with expertise on Campus Hiring (B.tech hiring - Tie up with tier 2 engineering institutes). Hands on with Stakeholder management and possess excellent communication skills.

Job role: The incumbent would be responsible for setting up the Campus Hiring division of the client. Would be responsible to devise strategies, campus planning, identifying the hiring needs and connecting with engineering schools on filling 700 to 1000 recruitment for the upcoming year.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong partnership with key business leaders, HR partners and eco system partners.

- Identify key campuses and develop specific campus strategies in partnership with organization leaders and team.

- Create and execute Industry leading breakthrough strategy in attracting, hiring & engaging best quality talent from identified B-schools.

- Determine best processes, programs, and policies to evolve and shape the future direction of campus recruitment efforts.

- Leverage data and analytics to proactively evaluate effectiveness of campus recruitment efforts.

- Ensure candidates receive a best in class experience at all touch points throughout the recruitment process.

- Develop and enhance campus visibility in order to recruit and hire top emerging talent.

- Create detailed plans with clearly defined objectives, desired outcomes, diversity plan, and calendar of events.

- Collaborate with Campus Sponsors and cross-functional campus managers to develop university recruiting strategies at targeted universities.

- Develop relationships with placement officers, department heads, faculty/staff, alumni and student organizations.

- Coach and prepare the campus team members for campus visits; coordinate closely to ensure unified recruiting approach.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 11 to 16 years of total experience, with relevant experience of 4 to 5 years in Campus Hiring with IT service industry.

- Hands on with formulating strategies, campus planning and managing diverse stakeholders.
