Exp : 12-16 years

Role & Responsibilities :

- Creating campus hiring strategy from Engineering schools across India working closely with the Business leadership team

- Planning and executing the campus delivery cycle end to end

- Creating engagement and branding strategy for E schools

- Work with Recruitment marketing team on external branding and candidate experience, collaborate with business, HR and Recruitment leadership to meet overall business objectives

- Managing the financial budgets and delivering initiatives

- Identifying areas of opportunity and shaping actions to address them, where needed

- Drive cost optimization by employing appropriate strategies
