Senior Manager - Campus Partnerships

Location : New Delhi, India

Business and Innovation :

- Business and Innovation team (B&I) at is responsible for taking fferings to the market; build and sustain clientele; drive learner engagement to fruition; and drive innovation in products by acting as an active channel between internal teams and external stakeholders.

- We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Campus Partnerships to help us empower institutions in bridging the gap between formal education and workplace skills. The expectation of this role is to drive sales for the organization and to achieve progressive revenue targets. This is to be achieved by forming strategic alliances with leading higher education institutions to grow our business metrics.

Role (B2B Sales) :

- Own ambitious individual revenue targets (monthly and quarterly)

- Drive sales acquisition for the organization from higher education institutions in order to deliver progressive revenue targets

- Deliver professional sales presentations and demos (virtual & physical) to decision makers and drive sales

- Nurture and develop existing partnerships with institutions to enable upsell opportunities

- Be able to identify potential leads independently as well as with assigned accounts via networking, cold-calling and/or other sources

- Co create learning solutions for clients by leading the consultative sales process

- Own day to day relationships with clients and take responsibility for aligning cross-functional stakeholders to deliver on agreed upon deliverables

Requirements :

- MBA or equivalent Master's degree with 4+ years of work experience with demonstrated success in business development and partnerships

- Experience in structuring deals and successfully negotiating with higher education decision makers (Promoters, VCs, Pro VCs, TPOs)

- Prior experience in a similar role (B2B sales and e-learning industry) will be an added advantage

- Roll up your sleeves- attitude to thrive in a highly dynamic environment
