Senior Manager - Learning Program & Development (10-15 yrs)

Must for the role :

1) Professional with expertise in managing L&D programs beyond the classroom session

2) Innovative. Strategist and constantly focuses on developing a curated program to enhance the managerial program

3) Past exp in developing managerial programs in current and past roles will be an advantage

4) Exp in IT, FMCG, and technology-driven companies will be highly preferred

5) Past exp in developing programs for both managerial and above from Technical, Non Tech, Leadership, and CXOs

6) Exp in OD will also be an advantage with this role

Why we are looking for you :

This is a vital role in the Leadership & Manager Development subfunction of Learning & OD at EI. The function is accountable for the design, delivery, and program management of interventions for leadership development across levels, and partner with Function Leaders and other stakeholders.

What you will enjoy in this role:

- As Senior Manager - L&OD Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our learning and development activities and in acting as advisor and partner to our business teams.

- Work closely with Senior Director -L&OD and global MLD team to drive the Leadership and Managerial development agenda for client

What you will do:

- Lead, facilitate and coach for managerial development programs

- Design/curate curriculum for professional development modules

- Partner on needs and agenda setting with senior stakeholders for Leadership and behavioural interventions and learning journeys

- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities

- drive learner experience, innovation, and advancement of our L&D function

Qualifications:

- Proven experience of 15+ years as a Learning practitioner with facilitation accountabilities

- Good exposure to coaching practices - Individual and Group

- Exposure to Leadership assessment tools and Developmental methodologies

- Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at different levels to cater to business needs

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen

- L&D Certifications

- MBA in HR

Must for the role :

- Strong experience in L&OD

- Experience working with leaders to craft learning strategies, and driven programs, facilitated at Leadership levels.

- Coached managers/ leadership across business lines and program-managed org-wide developmental initiatives.

- Able to facilitate the programs & create them (having hands-on experience).

- Have worked on global programs & initiatives.
