Position : Sr. Manager - Campus Hiring Location : Gurgaon DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : - Entire Employer Branding Exercise of the company with all Institutes across India - MBA, ICAI, Graduate and Engineering Colleges etc. - Lead a team of 15 - 20 Campus Recruiters across India. - Hire approx 4000 candidates in a year directly from campuses and in the 0 - 1 year category. - Create an assessment center in-house and do a complete around it to attract candidates from premium institutes without the need for going out to the campuses. Candidate Profile: - Candidate from a large MNC handling high volume campus hiring and involved in large scale employer branding. - Should have handled a large team. - Young, dynamic and high energy. - Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and team-based project experience. - Proficient computer skills including the Microsoft Office and in-depth knowledge of data mining and internet research.
