Senior Manager - Calypso Practice - SME - Capital Markets Domain

Principle Accountability:

1. Identify potential Intellectual Property (IP)s and tools in the Capital Markets domain and plan to build these.

2. Publish newsletters, reporting progress & initiatives taken by the Practice and happenings in the industry

3. Build analyst relationships

4. Maintain Calypso Lab

5. Publish blogs in area of technology or domain

6. Guide Delivery Teams in the domain

7. Assist Pre-Sales in responding to RFPs and RFIs

8. Assist Sales Teams in client meetings

9. Liaise with Learning & Development Team to initiate trainings in domain and technologies specific to the domain.

Skills:

- 15-20 years of experience in Capital Markets domain with specialization in Calypso

- Understanding of Product Lifecycle of asset classes like Interest Rate Derivatives, Foreign Exchange Derivatives, Equity Derivatives, Commodities and Credit Derivatives

- Experienced in ideating, visualizing and developing tools and frameworks

- Experienced in leading or working in a Practice.

- Experienced in developing Pre-Sales solutions
