Big4 hiring for USBT R&D - Sr. Manager role in Bangalore. Candidates with taxation and accounting/research background with 12+ years of experience.

Responsibilities :

- Support teams of client and personnel in the execution of project work, monitor and support progress against project milestones to help ensure timely and high quality delivery of deliverables across a variety of clients within multiple industries, including the following:

- Scheduling;

- Request templates (information requests, time surveys, vendor surveys, etc.);

- Calculation models; and

- Memorandums.

- Ensure tax team is adequately trained for tax season duties. He/she will be communicating with the client on day to day basis.

- Complete various quantitative analyses as dictated by the scope of each project.

- Organize information/documentation and create work paper files.

- Perform reconciliations between financial and tax reporting of relevant expenditures.

- Prepare & Review tax forms, client reports, and deliverables.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor of Accountancy/Finance and/or Master of Accountancy/Finance from an accredited college/university.

- 12 -14 years of accounting/tax experience (Big 4 preferable)

Skills Required:

- Good accounting knowledge.

- Experience with tax and financial items such as tax returns, trail balances, wage information, general ledgers, and project costing information.

- Strong proficiency in basic MS applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with a general understanding of data analysis techniques.

- Attention to detail - Quality and time conscious

- Good communication skill
