Senior Manager - Business Strategy - IT/Telecom (7-10 yrs)
Experience : 7 - 10 Years
- Internal/external constituencies on matters pertaining to Sales Heads office
- Lead Agenda for Senior Exec. meetings, assist scheduling, attend Leadership meetings as adjunct member. Represent Sales Head in designated meetings, coordinate agenda of sr. management meetings. Follow up on actions
- Communicate directly/on behalf of Sales Head with Sales Leadership/external stakeholders on programmes/initiatives
- Research, prioritize, follow up on incoming issues, incl. sensitive ones. Determine appropriate action, referral, or response
- Inform Sales Head of upcoming commitments. Act as "barometer" having a sense for the issues taking place to keep him updated
- Prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously, proactively and follow-through on projects to completion, often with deadline pressure
- Participate in meetings, discuss traction on projects/proactively identify issues
- Assess inquiries directed to Sales Head, determine further action &delegate acc.
- Organize reviews to track performance for biz deliverables with Fin, Sales, Prod, MM etc
- Analyse performance reports; Review dashboards/reports; Prepare analysis/presentations basis performance reviews
- Run annual budget cycle with Finance & Business Operations
- Create/update dashboards to track changes in metrics performance.
- Collaborate with Sales, MM, Marketing, Fin etc to provide market insights& strategy recommendations
- Carry out secondary research, analyse data, create framework to monitor key macro/micro trends as per market & Sales Heads requests
- Define/research new ideas, biz opportunities
- Support thru data gathering, info analysing &present considerations
- Design &execute comm. strategy with Marketing team for external messaging & with BU HR for internal emp engagement
- Draft material for key internal/external Sales CXO meetings
Technical Expertise:
- Understands business strategy, performance analytics, business case, secondary research
- Good proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel Skill
Behavioural Expertise:
- Ability to engage with Senior Members
- Proactive
- Take ownership of actions required. Does not get limited to KRA
- Ability to deal with Ambiguity
Requisite:
- Should have minimum + of experience with 2-3 years of experience in strategy / analytics
- Exposure towards working in the RFP cases
- Engineering Graduate with MBA is preferred
