We are looking for Senior Manager - Business Strategy for a leading Insurance company based at Gurgaon

Job Location : Corporate HQ, Gurgaon

Reporting to : VP - Business Strategy

Nature of the Role : Team Handling

Department : Business Strategy

Education : MBA from a Tier-1 institute - ISB, IIM- s, FMS, NITIE, XLRI or similar

CTC : 15L - 20 L

Experience : 2+ years of experience in top tier Management Consulting / Advisory firms, Business or Corporate Strategy role preferably in Financial Services domain

Working Timings : 9 am onwards, 5 days working

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

This role presents an opportunity to be part of Business Strategy team. The Strategy function manages the strategic planning process for the organization and owns a portfolio of strategic initiatives aimed at creating value for the organization through incremental revenue or cost optimization.

1. You will be responsible for anchoring the business strategy for proprietary channels, which are distribution channels owned and operated by the organization, and are of high strategic relevance

2. You will lead transformation initiatives for this channel where you would be expected to be catalyst for ideation, blue-print the operating model, syndicate the business case and program manage the execution.

3. You will be expected to own the incubation of new distribution channels and sustain and scale-up nascent channels launched recently and drive organization and stakeholder alignment to the plan

4. You will also contribute towards building holistic environment assessment of customers, competition and regulatory environment
