Senior Manager - Business Strategy & Channel Management
We are hiring for a leading Life Insurance Client in Mumbai. Role details are given below :
1. Formulating the sales incentive plan (SIP) as per budgetary allocations in conjunction with vertical heads & with inputs from the field leadership
2. Launching, running & driving the SIP to ensure participation & incentive earnings as per targets through use of analytics & field visits to gather field feedback
3. Running sales contests & utilizing ZBS as per guidelines to drive business objectives & drive participation through continuous review & communication
4. Identifying role based capability needs, developing training schedules & content in collaboration with L&D, ensuring training participation by field
5. Rigorous tracking and dash boarding to ensure relevant information is sent to the field and HO leadership
6. Improve channel efficiency & engagement through development & adoption of tech tools
8. Be the custodian & drive usage of critical tec tools like Sales Diary, InstaGo, WAR & iEarn. Manage the lead management process end to end to ensure lead allocation & utilization happens as per plan
7. Manage marketing communications through development & effective leverage of collaterals to drive business
Requirements :
- MBA with minimum 4 years of experience in a Channel Management role.
- Good understanding of different sales channels dynamics
- Good understanding of sales practices
- Program management skills
- Planning Ability & strategic bent of mind
- Thorough understanding of Life insurance systems & processes
- Executional excellence
- Good Know how of systems and MIS
- Proficient in EXCEL
- Communication, presentation and data analytical skills
