Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Monitoring and Reporting Business Metrics:
You will be responsible for tracking and analyzing business metrics such as customer acquisition, funnels and retention. You will need to use MySQL to generate reports and insights on these metrics to help identify areas for improvement.
- Maintaining Business Relationships:
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive business relationships with partners such as AMCs, RTAs, Insurance partners and partners we are working with for various products.
- Managing New Partner Integration:
You may be responsible for coordinating the integration of new partners into the wealth management business. This may involve coordinating with different departments to ensure that partners have access to the necessary resources and information to effectively work with the business.
- Coordinating with Cross-functional teams:
You will be required to collaborate with different departments, including payment, payment gateway, lending, compliance, and marketing teams, to ensure smooth business operations.
- Improving Business Processes:
You will be responsible for identifying ways to improve business processes, customer experience, increase efficiency, and running the business in a lean manner.
- Enhancing Customer Experience :
You will be responsible for crafting delightful customer experience for our premium customers.
- Ensuring Regulatory Compliance :
You will need to ensure that the business is complying with all regulatory requirements both at our as well as partners end.
