Senior Manager - Business & Internal Communication - BFSI (4-8 yrs)
The role will be responsible for complete ownership of all internal communication initiatives, drafting content for media and PR and developing management presentations/speeches for CEO after due research.
Internal communication :
- Responsible for initiating, developing and managing internal newsletter/s
- To draft, curate and manage content for different internal communication initiatives for employees
- Ideation for new initiatives using technology (eg. Yammer contests, crowdsourced employee blogs etc)
- Own and drive usage of Yammer.
- Draft, Coordinate and ensure implementation of an internal communication calendar
- Ensure Regular Web chats, Town hall etc and other internal communication initiatives
- Content Generation for various campaign roll-outs, Visualizing of creatives
Corporate Communication :
- To draft, curate and manage content for different media stories, requirements
- Own the content and submissions for industry awards - collation from internal departments and drafting the same.
- Draft press releases/articles for organizational initiatives
- Ghost-write authored articles on business for Management Team
Business Communication :
- Support MD & CEO on Industry presentations, speeches, points for roundtable conferences
- Stay updated on all industry initiatives and movement. Conduct secondary research to support management opinions, statements and speeches.
