Senior Manager - Business Intelligence - Data Governance - BFS

- High dependence on other departments for all MIS activities including managing exceptions.

- Anticipating expectations of internal HO team and providing customised solutions to them at very short notice under strict deadlines and Handling them effectively in order to ensure compliance to internal and external guidelines.

- To ensure continuous self up-gradation about systems, Products and Process knowledge to provide adequate training to team members to have all communications First Time Right.

- Drive Framework for Data Capture / Completeness

- Manage Data Quality index and Data augmentation

- Planning and implementing Data quality reports and additional insights for sales, customer profiling and operations

- MIS dissemination and automation and Implementing Customer one view / 360 degree data and Digital Agenda
