Senior Manager - Business Intelligence Analytics

Senior Manager will be part of India Analytics COE located in Bangalore. S/he will be supporting Global Marketing department in Reporting, analyzing and finding actionable insights.

- To understand the complex statistical solutions that the team comes up with, with sound programming and insight generation

- Manage BI team members and talent pipeline

- Participate in the development of strategies & roadmaps for Analytics & BI solution Work closely with the business intelligence team in the development and maintenance of the analytical reporting tools.

- Participate in the full lifecycle of BI projects: from understanding the end-user needs, architecting the solution, executing/supervising the implementation, to preparing and executing the functional and product tests before product release

- Identify and provide input to new technology opportunities that can enhance existing BI systems

Technical Skills-.

- Experience in web-based applications built on Python's Django web framework or equivalent

- Front End: HTML, CSS, Bootstrap (CSS Framework), JavaScript, Angular JS (JS Framework), D3 (JS Framework), jQuery several JS Plugins

- Back End: MySQL Database, Python and Celery (For Background Processing)

- Others: VBA (for Deck creation) and Biogeme (For nested coefficients)

- BI tools: (Qliksense/Qlikview/Tableau/R-Shiny etc.)

- Descriptive/Predictive analytics: SAS, R, Python, SPSS, Excel etc.

- Data Environment: AWS, Azure (preferred)

- Database Management Systems: Teradata, MS SQL Server, etc.

- Big data: Hadoop - Hive (preferred)

- Experience in D3 JavaScript, Machine learning/AI is preferred

- OLAP and Reporting: Business Objects, Cognos etc
