Senior Manager - Business HR - FMCG (7-12 yrs)
Sr. Manager - Business HR (FMCG or Consumer Background Must)
- Incumbent should have handled Talent Acquisition and HR Business partnering role.
- He would be responsible for Talent Acquisition; Talent Management; Performance Management; Employee Engagement; Training & Development; Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefits and Welfare.
- Also able to handle the people management, maintaining healthy employee relations, handling employee grievances thus creating an amicable & transparent environment.
- Experience in implementing HR systems and policies, conducting training programs towards enhancing employee productivity and building committed teams. Work experience of Success Factors.
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Relationship Management skills are must.
- Should have handled Plant HR in past and also managed Sales HR typically in FMCG or Consumer business industries.
- MBA - HR from a decent Institute is a must. Only male candidate required.
