Job Description : We are currently looking for a Business Finance partner for our one of the business unit (Full stack services for farmers from Insurance, Soil Services, Precision advisory to farm inputs) In this role you will : - Build an analytical and data driven business finance function. - Set up forecasting models, business metric dashboards to help improve predictability to bring in a financial discipline. - Monthly / Quarterly numbers and PPT preparation for review for the Leadership Team. - Build framework for annual operating plan and conduct periodic budget vs actual variance analysis along with comments. - Work closely with cross functional teams to share insights, resolve issues if any on P&L. - Guide the business team on data-based decision-making, bringing out business insights that are not visible in regular reviews. - Proactively review financial information, identifying exceptions and any irregularities initiate action to rectify and follow up for logical closure. - Establish ROI on investment and do monthly track and share inputs with Management. - Provide inputs for sales and operations planning for optimizing on utilization and channel mix. - Participate in budget discussion and support scenario building / simulation modeling. What we are looking for: - A desire to work in the impact space, with a passion to make the world a "better" place. - Minimum 7-8 years' experience in business finance, with strong understanding of the Agri industry. - Prior experience in finance business partnership / financial planning and analysis is required. - Passion to work in entrepreneurial set-ups, creating / managing a business, comfortable in dealing. - Excellent consultative and interpersonal skills with ambiguity and working in a constantly evolving business environment.
