POSITION SUMMARY:

Key Accountabilities -

The incumbent will have the responsibility for the analytical activities of the company's Online division, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis. This position will be reporting to the Head FP&A.

Business -

- Supporting to achieve online business performance objectives.

- Aid in decision making for all financial requirements.

- Understand business needs and objectives.

Operations:

- Preparation of Budgets for Online business

- MIS reporting

- Budget vs actual variance analysis

- Preparation of 5-year Business Plan

- Spend Analysis for Online business.

- Business Cases preparation

- Driving Cost control measures

- Peer benchmarking

- Co-ordination with Cross functional teams of Online Business

Stakeholder Management:

- Work closely with Online CEO

- Work closely with Online Business teams like Merchandising, Logistics, Marketing, Customer care etc.

Professional Experience/Qualifications

- CA/MBA with minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience

- Have high business acumen.

- Strong stakeholder management skills with good communication and collaboration

- Preferably E-commerce background

Business understanding:

- Understanding of the entire financial spectrum for Online division

- Ability to decipher data that aids in operational and business efficiencies will be a must.

Other Competencies:

- Action and result oriented.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good presentation skills and excellent negotiation skills

- Ability to engage with senior management.
