- Responsible for Tracking and providing timely updates to CXO- s, related to all Margin
 
- Improvement Initiatives 

- Responsible for Yearly Financial Planning & Publisher of Budget vs. Actual

Performance : Entrusted with end to end completion of yearly Business Plan in consultation with all Delivery Leaders, Sales Team & Other Enabling Teams through Bottom-up approach & benchmarking the same with Industry standards & Management

- Directing the processes related to corporate, front office and cross border allocation

- Coordinating with Business/CAOs/regional stakeholders on monthly expenses, communicating in cost allocations, drivers of cost; extending advice on optimization of consumption of corporate support services

- Heading the re-engineering process to improve efficiency, create value add and standardization

- Assuring compliance for internal control processes, policies, procedures

- Steering the planning and execution of the firm's financial strategy in coordination with top management across business and corporate units

- Driving the finance functions; framing financial objectives, developing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial and process controls

- Evolving annual budgets and directing variance analysis to evaluate variance between projected & actual results and implementing corrective actions

- Analyzing the internal control systems to highlight shortcomings and implementing recommendations

- Reviewing existing processes and leading the implementation of systems aimed at enhancing process and operational efficiency of the organization

- Formulating budgets and conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected figures & actual expenditure and implementing corrective actions

- Articulating need-based business strategies for maximizing PTI through cost reduction initiatives and realizing organizational goals

- Developing and maintaining adequate internal control system, preparing annual and periodic financial results, submitting them to the management for review and control of the finances
