Senior Manager - Business Excellence - NBFC (7-14 yrs)
Position : Senior Manager - Business Excellence on offer with a leading NBFC in Mumbai.
Job Responsibilities include the following :
- Drive Customer Centricity and Process Excellence within the Organisation, by engaging with employees at all levels
- Promote and drive SDCA (Standardize, Do, Check, Act) framework for DWM (Daily Work Management & Standardization) implementation
- Collaborate with Country Group Manager for Model branch implementation in every region
- Program Lead the Kaizen program and facilitate regular review on quality initiatives
- Define and assist in identifying improvement projects through data analysis, metrics review and process walk-throughs
- Improving processes through application of PDCA, Kaizen Blitz, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
