1) Works as SME (subject Matter Expert) for Lean, Six Sigma, TOC, DFSS. Strategize and drive various Business Excellence Initiatives in Manufacturing, R&D, Quality, New Product Development in terms of process improvements & innovation to create additional bottom-line impact
2) Debottlenecking and practical / Hands on experience in manufacturing set-up
3) Facilitate Business in solving complex business/ operations problems using data modeling/ optimizers
4) Deploy Lean principles for optimizing process efficiencies amongst support functions
5) Use advance data analytic tools for exploring opportunities of Process optimization,
6) Identify opportunities for development and improvement in Process and Operations in line with company goals, strengths and limitations.
7) To identify cost reduction, capacity enhancement, process improvements & Innovation projects across the location for each of the plants
