Senior Manager - Business Development - Supply Chain Financing/Vendor Bill Financing - eCommerce Startup

We are looking for the position in Sr. Management - Supply Chain Financing / for one of our clients (A leading Ecommerce Company).

Role - Business Development - Supply Chain Financing / Vendor Bill Financing / Channel Financing

Products - Supply Chain Financing and customised lending solutions for SMBs and emerging startups

Responsibilities :

1. You will own the PnL for the product in a specific industry/vertical/ Relationship (Clothing/Ecommerce and Statups/Home & Kitchen etc) and focus on building strategic alliances for customised lending solutions.

2. You'll be responsible for building and tracking a pipeline of leads and meeting with key stakeholders to close deals. You- ll be responsible for the key business metrics of your portfolio as well as grow and shape the overall PnL.

3. You'll engage SMBs across India and develop a thorough understanding of credit's role across the SMB and emerging startups sector.

4. You'll be responsible to establish a strong MIS and productivity trackers

5. You'll orchestrate on the ground operationalization of the credit product and develop feedback loops for product enhancement. You- ll distill your findings into simple solutions and help define Udaan's credit products.

6. You'll conduct regular and detailed business reviews with team, to ensure business strategies are executed. Measure the productivity and efficiency level of sales team closely and initiate corrective action, leading to higher productivity/revenue per employee.

7. Quality - Responsible for the quality of business portfolio, work closely with risk & credit teams to take necessary corrective actions.

Candidate Should have experience in a specific industry or fast paced startup in the Fintech/NBFC space with prior industry experience.

Qualification - Engineer / MBA from a Premier Institution.
