Sr. Manager Business Development & Client Engagement

Job Responsibilities:

Business Development and Strategic Alliances:

- Scout for suitable business opportunities in industries like auto, e-commerce, Insurance, Fintech etc.

- On boarding new relationships and tie ups responsibility for the region.

- Work towards business growth targets and product targets for the company in India.

- Manage end to end partner relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/ invoicing, and result tracking.

- Discern market trends and probable competition. Develop sales strategies to maximise revenue potential from prospective customers.

- Prospecting, identifying, and/or leveraging customer relationships to drive new business.

- Liaison with decision makers and loop Head Alliances for final discussion.

Client Management:

- Manage and coordinate all aspects of an alliance.

- Act as the interface and single point of contact between the new partners and the organization.

- Engage with alliance partners on a periodic basis to understand their needs and resolve any issues, thereby ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Responsible for retention of existing customers.

Key Competencies and Attributes Required:

- Entrepreneurial mindset.

- Strong business acumen.

- Strong analytical capabilities.

- High passion, solution oriented and attention to detail.

- Self-starter with demonstrated ability to deliver value through own initiative.

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA

- A proven track record of minimum 6 Years in growing accounts, winning new business/pitches, upward revenue trajectory.

- Existing corporate relationships.

- Must possess networking instincts with the ability to develop and manage long-term business relationships with clients.

- Knowledge of the digital marketing landscape would be preferred.

- You are a natural "people person" with a knack for communicating, presenting and on boarding new associations.
