- Independent and self-driven in achieving sales targets in a given territory/set of named accounts. Smart and market savvy who knows the fundamentals of funnel creation, management, and closure

- Excellent Client Engagement and Presentation Skills

- Effective negotiation and communication skills

- Nurturing & maintaining scalable businesses, working with global cross functional teams & maintaining C-level relationships

- Driving Technology Sales for Strategic Tier-1 organizations across US / Europe region in BPM, VPO, AI/ML related services to large Business Units of Tier 1 companies

- Liaison between internal stakeholders among sales, delivery, legal and operations team
