Key Responsibilities
- Develop plans and strategies to achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Ensure Annual/Monthly/Weekly Sales target are met as per the organization's goal
- To be a great People manager, recruit, train and retain people to achieve optimum output from the team
- Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.
- Manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth
- Build and promote a strong team culture within the sales representatives ultimately resulting in an engaged and high performing sales team
- Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
- Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions
- Present sales, revenue and related reports to the management team
Candidate Profile :
Ideally, the candidate must have 5-8 years of experience in B2C Sales and managing a large sales team. Specifically, the candidate should have:
- Bachelor of Technology / MBA or equivalent degree
- 5 - 8 years of experience in Insurance Sales, Telecom, Hospitality, Consumer Durables, Consumer Goods, Hyper local delivery among other industries
- Preference would be given to someone who has been promoted within the organization, has shown strong intent and grit while performing his/her duties
- Experienced in managing a sales team of 15 with P&L of 100cr
- Any Btech ( IIT/NIT/BITS with equivalent sales experience or MBA ( IIM/ISB/FMS/IIFT/SPJain Etc)
