- Team Management - Building the capacity of the Business Development team
- Adaptable to fast-moving scenarios with key partners and new clients
- Outreach to find potential clients and maintaining relationships
- Must analyze sales numbers and suggest/implement improvements
- Constant Documentation of sales proceedings and leads

Required Qualification & Skills :
- Prior EdTech/Education sales experience with the city's stakeholders is necessary (Schools, Publishing houses, Bookstores, and potential Business Partners)
- Passion for making it big and scaling up
- Leveraging network and creating channel/distribution partners
- Heart for client success and delight
- Good writing, language and editing skills
- Interpersonal skills & communication skills
- Results-driven with strong learning skills
- Willingness to travel at short notice
