Senior Manager - Business Development - Real Estate (4-9 yrs)
This is regarding job opening with one of the real estate industry for the position of Business Development- Senior Manager.
Job Opportunity:-
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify & acquire potential customers for MWCJ business from north.
- Identify & build relationship with market influences (Trade Body/Embassy/ Govt. Bodies etc.)
- Establish & Maintain a client & peer professional network.
- Participate in trade fairs, conferences, road shows etc. representing MWCJ.
- Develop & Implement a comprehensive customer acquisition strategy.
- Regular reporting to management on key issues, progress & status on action plans
- Participation in sales & Marketing planning process
- Coordination with internal & external stakeholders for commercial transaction closures.
- Will have direct revenue targets
- Supporting Marketing function in identifying & organizing events for showcasing MWCJ.
Key Functional Competencies:
- Business Strategy & Implementation
- Business Development
- Sales & Marketing - Ability to conclude a transaction
- Ability to reach out & liaison with all stakeholders (Shareholders, Clients, Colleagues & peers, Government, Embassy, Trade Bodies, People at large either directly or through forums) in the business ventures
- Consulting background in Real Estate advisory would be added advantage
- Analytics capability for Market & Industry research.
