A Real Estate Developer firm are looking for a business development manager to identify and diligently evaluate new business opportunities. You will have a unique and holistic opportunity to have a 360-degree overview of deal making.
Key Requirement:
- LLB (Bachelor of Legislative Law) from a top-tier university
- 4-6 years of relevant industry experience
- Worked for a real estate developer
- Familiar with the real estate market in Bengaluru and its various micro markets
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate key opportunities in land development
- Ensuring deal evaluation is methodically driven through established processes of land feasibility and market intelligence to understand the market desired product in relevant micro markets
- Work with corporate finance to evaluate deal feasibility through detailed financial models
- Ensuring end-to-end deal management and ensuring 360-degree overview of all deals
- Negotiate deal terms with land partners; build and maintain relationships with land partners to act as first point of contact
- Review and ensure all deal documentation accurately captures all terms and includes necessary fortifications, in conjunction with the legal department.
- Perform market research in conjunction with the sales team and deep dive to help identify new investment trends and opportunities, monitor market changes, challenges & opportunities.
