Senior Manager - Business Development/Product Management - Industrial Measurements & Controls (10-15 yrs)

We are a Company in the field of Industrial Measurements and Controls. We operate in the fields of Electrical Measurements/Controls, Monitoring/Time relays, Temperature/Process control, PLC/HMI products and Power electronics.
We are technology driven company; having complete Indigenous Development; and ever increasing capabilities in Electronic, Software and Mechanical Engineering. We manufacture around 2 million products a year, with highly automated processes, facility spread over 1 lac sq. ft. in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. We are currently on a very exciting phase of high growth, with increasing presence in India as well as in the international markets. a) Product Management /Business Development
- Market Research & Actions: To monitor market moves for indicated products and propose actions toward product development as well as pricing. Provide critical inputs to business plans.
- To ensure develop right specifications for the existing products/new products, meeting customer requirement/market requirement and give to design for development
- Ensuring information availability to the design team and sales prior to project acceptance and during product development.
- Communicating with the design team for end-to-end activities of product development. Activities include Work Order/PIN creation and/or modification, communication of customer requirement, customization/up-gradation request, provision of customer list, quantity required, field trial schedule report etc.
- Proposal and tracking of Certifications & product approvals as per market requirement for product positioning & selling.
- Ensure field trials with the help of sales team and analyze & give feedback to design team
- Take complete charge of Product Design to Product Launch cycle.
- Ensuring training for New Joinees of sales team
b) Product Promotion: Guide the team for the following:
1. Promote products while selecting the desired media within feasible budgets in line with business plan
2. Creating Promotional material like fliers, mailers, videos, Application Notes, tech documents, user manuals, newsletter, updating websites etc.
3. Preparing & Participating in events like exhibitions, seminars, conferences to brand our products & BD to take leads from there
4. Keeping product information updated on all media like website and other online media
5. Data Management- Generate data from leads, for future promotional areas, keeping track of promotional activities

Qualification & Experience : : BE with 10-15 years of relevant experience. MBA preferred
