Senior Manager - Business Development and Operations (Spices)

Responsibilities :

- Work towards achieving the business targets aggressively

- Promote and nurture relationships with existing customers and external stakeholders

- Identify opportunities for trade through regular interaction with customers and suppliers in spices industry both in domestic and international markets to build a robust customer & supplier network

- Liase with the spice's processors for contract manufacturing of ground spices, blended spices, seasonings, oleoresins & nutraceuticals to cater to export orders globally

- Sales, Procurement and processing of the required grades and quality at a competitive price for servicing the customer requirements & close monitoring for execution of shipments

- Coordinating with team for planning and achieving business metrics

- Analyse industry, market trends and provide reports for decision making to senior management

Requirements :

- 5-15 years of working experience in spices industry

- Awareness of quality parameters of spices

- Must be willing to travel extensively

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Proactive cross-functional partnerships to work effectively with peers and various stakeholders

- A positive, flexible, and proactive personality
