This role is inhouse requirement for Silverpeople, based in Whitefeild, Bangalore.

About SilverPeople: We are a leading new age, boutique recruitment consulting firm by ISB alumnus, having focus/expertise in 5 verticals: retail/ecommerce, education /edutech, finance / fintech, bigdata and infra .

We have managers from tier 1 colleges who are propelling the different verticals along with a team.

About the role :

- Brand custodian of Silverpeople. Manage its digital presence and perceptions.

- To identify potential new clients through inquiries generated a result of digital marketing, networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients and turning this into increased business.

- Prospecting potential clients (CXOs/ decision makers), meet them by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network and set up meetings between client decision makers and company's partners/ Director.

- Plan approaches and pitches that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives and present an image that mirrors that of the client and participate in pricing

- Present BD, realistic forecasts and go to market strategy to the management team and design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's client base and ensure its strong presence

- Be a subject matter expert and keep abreast with new developments in the industry segments we operate in

Requirements :

- MBA from Tier1/ Tier 2 Colleges is a Must

- Minimum 2 years of core experience in Business development / Entreprenurship

- Entrepreneurial zeal to get things done

- Ownership to own, develop and grow the verticals

- Proven track record of success/willingness to succeed in academics/career
