Reporting to National Head - BA Management, Sales and Key Accounts.

Educational Qualifications/ Graduation/ Post Graduate -

Work Experience (years) : 10+ years

Industry Type - People transportation/Car Rental/Facility Management/Exposure to operation

Target Companies- Transportation, Logistics,3PL industry

Desired Candidate Profile :

1. Good communication Skill- English & Local language - verbal & written

2. Good Interpersonal skill - Ability to influence.

3. Good Negotiation skill

4. Computer literate - Ability to use operating systems, Windows etc.

5. Good analytical skill.

Job Description:

1. Identification & introduction of New Business Associates using referrals and market intelligence.

2. Will be a central point of authority for BA development, management, resource allocation to manage - Demand & Supply- of vehicles across projects and branches.

3. Create a well-developed and active network of Business Associates who can actively arrange vehicles and drivers from market.

4. Expansion of BA network across branches and locations in India.

5. Implementation of key BA initiatives across cities and branches where business is located.

6. Perform structured reviews and meetings with existing BAs for improvement & growth.

7. Analysis of improvement areas and communicates internally & externally to ensure continuous improvement and growth of Business Associates.

8. Implement SOP and support key business processes as communicated by central BA Development & Strategy team for BA engagement incl. R&R, Trainings & BA events.

9. Create and update the BA performance and induction data base as part of MIS.

10. Coordinate with internal team for timely & satisfactory resolution of BA concerns & queries.

11. Drivers Welfare activities and Training - Planning & Implementation
